Millets from the Eastern Ghats
We combine finger millet (ragi), little millet (sama), foxtail millet (korra) and kodo millet (arika) under a single millets program. These small-grain cereals are traditionally grown across India and are gaining renewed interest for gluten-free and nutrient-dense product lines.
Millets are suited for milling into flours, flaked products and health-food ingredients. We source farmer-graded lots and are evaluating pilot milling and value-add formats (flakes, ready-to-eat cereals, malted ingredient lines).
